Return and Refund Policy

The Center for Lice Control is happy to accept all sealed unopened product for a full refund of the product and initial shipping fees within 30 days of the order date minus the returned shipping costs. We’ll issue the refund within 24 hours upon receipt of the returned sealed product. If the product returned is used, damaged, or unsealed we will contact you before any full or partial refund can be approved.

To return an item go to “Your Orders”, choose the product ordered and select Return or Replace Items. Follow the prompts to complete the return. Items can be returned in the original shipping packaging as long as the old label is removed or not visible. Items are returned to CLC, LLC PO Box 622, Wynnewood, PA 19096
